Sector 94 is the closest the Noida Expressway gets to Delhi, and proximity to the boundary has historically done more for resale here than any amenity list. Buyers should price the retail podium as a convenience and a crowd at once.

What we check before you commit

  1. The RERA registration, its validity, and the sanctioned plan filed under it.
  2. Title of the land parcel, and every encumbrance registered against it.
  3. The builder buyer agreement, clause by clause, including the delay compensation.
  4. What the developer has actually delivered nearby, and how late it was.
  5. Registered transactions in the same sector, which is the only price that is a fact.
