The Founder
One desk, and one name behind it.
Sidhharrth Rana founded Obsidian Ventures in Dubai in 2025, an asset management firm investing across public and private markets, and moved into real estate because the firm's own clients asked him to.
He learned the Dubai market from the ground up: master plans, escrow, handover risk, resale depth. He underwrote it the way he underwrote everything else, then brought that discipline home to a market where the largest transactions in the country are still done on a phone call and a feeling.
Obsidian Realtors is the result. A private real estate desk for Indian families, founders and family offices, built on the conviction that India's most valuable asset class deserves better than hearsay.
He reads every file himself and sits on every mandate. There is no version of Obsidian where a client is handed to somebody else.
Everyone will tell you the market is going up. Almost nobody will tell you what the flat next door actually went for. We start there.
