What this page covers
This page describes how Obsidian Realtors Private Limited handles information submitted through obsidianrealtors.com. It is a plain description of current practice and is not a substitute for a lawyer's review, which is pending.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, telephone number, email address, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. We also record which page the enquiry came from, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know where to pick up the conversation.
How the forms work
The enquiry forms on this site compose a message and open WhatsApp on your own device. Nothing leaves your device until you press Send inside WhatsApp. Once you do, the message is delivered through WhatsApp and is subject to their terms as well as ours.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you and to advise you. We do not sell it. We do not pass it to developers, brokers or anyone else without asking you first, and for a private mandate we do not pass it at all.
The list
If you sign up to the Obsidian List we use your email address for that list only. Reply to any note asking to be removed and you will be, the same day.
Asking us to delete it
Write to hello@obsidianrealtors.com and we will delete what we hold about you, except where we are required to keep a transaction record.
