Golf Course Extension: the corridor that grew up.

Once the cheaper cousin of Golf Course Road, the Extension has become a luxury address in its own right.
For years the Golf Course Extension Road was sold as the affordable alternative to the main Golf Course Road. That framing is now out of date. With M3M, Signature Global and others building genuine luxury along it, the Extension has become a destination, not a discount.
Connectivity did the work, the road, the metro links, and proximity to both the core and the newer employment nodes. Prices have followed, and the gap to the main corridor has narrowed for the best product.
The cheaper cousin grew up, and started charging accordingly.
Where the value is
The Extension rewards selection more than the established core does. The best towers and nodes have repriced close to Golf Course Road; the weaker ones have not, and may not. This is a corridor to buy carefully, tower by tower, not on the corridor's name alone.
I remember when the Extension was the value play. It still is, in pockets, but the easy discount is gone. Now it rewards knowing which tower, not just which road.
That is exactly the kind of judgement a client is paying me for: the difference between a good address and a good-looking one.
