With ₹100-crore launches raising the ceiling, the tower that set the previous record is being repriced. What a floor really moves at today.
The Camellias defined ultra-luxury in Gurugram before The Dahlias existed. It has not stopped, it has been repriced, as buyers who cannot get into the newest launch look for a finished, golf-facing floor to occupy now.
Full floors run large, roughly seven to nearly thirteen thousand square feet, and change hands only a handful of times a year. Golf-facing plates carry a clear premium, and a finished, never-lived-in floor commands more than a bare shell.
Scarcity is the whole story. There is no more land beside that fairway.
Why it holds
Fixed supply beside the golf course, a concierge-run building that ages slowly, and a resale pool so thin a single motivated buyer moves the market. This is capital preservation with a view.
